Workforce education bowling green state university’s school of teaching and learning in the college of education and human development announces a position as instructor in workforce education, beginning august 2018. Primary responsibilities include teaching workforce education and development courses with a primary focus on career and technical teacher education and other areas as needed; participating in student advising, program development, and other aspects of faculty service and other duties as necessary; working collaboratively with other faculty in the delivery of instruction and program development; and other responsibilities.
(1) Earned master’s degree or doctorate in workforce education and development, or related field;
(2) Minimum of three years teaching experience with preference given to teaching in grades 4-12 career and technical education;
(3) Previous experience with or knowledge of alternative models of preparing career and technical teachers.
