Educare Early Learning Center Site Manager

Puget Sound Educational School District seeks a Site Manager for our Educare Early Learning site to lead fast-paced operational duties at the Head Start and Early Head Start facility. This position is responsible for managing the delivery of comprehensive and multi-disciplinary services, providing operational and educational support, and acting as the licensor for the center. Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders and center visitors is essential in this position.

· Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 45 college quarter credits in Early Childhood Education (ECE). Associates degree in same (with 45 college quarter credits in ECE) and progressively responsible work-related experience may be equivalent to a BA.

· Professional experience managing a multi-disciplinary full-day early childhood/family support program, including supervision of staff.

Preferred Qualifications (Cover letter should specifically address any experience meeting the preferred qualifications)

· Experience in a Head Start and/or ECEAP program;

· Experience working with families, staff, and/or community members of diverse backgrounds;

· Experience coaching and/or providing technical assistance;

· Experience with and managing full-day child care subsidies;

· Experience with operations and facilities management.

This is a full-time, year round position based in White Center. Salary: $67,350-$78,104/year. Candidate offers consider experience, qualifications and internal equity.
